Dirty Marsh Outfitters Sweepstakes — Official Rules

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies of Dirty Marsh Outfitters, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on the date and time announced by Dirty Marsh Outfitters and ends on the date and time specified in the official giveaway announcement. Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

Purchase Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, each qualifying purchase made through the Dirty Marsh Outfitters website will receive the number of entries specified in the giveaway announcement.

Free Mail-In Entry

Participants may enter without making a purchase by submitting one (1) handwritten entry per person, per day to:

Each mail-in entry must include:

• Full name
• Mailing address
• Phone number
• Email address

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the final day of the Sweepstakes Period and received before the winner is selected. Mechanically reproduced, incomplete, illegible, or duplicate entries for the same day are void.

Entry Limits

Unless otherwise stated in the giveaway announcement, there is no limit to purchase entries. Mail-in entries are limited to one (1) per person, per day.

Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place within a reasonable time after the Sweepstakes ends.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the phone number, email address, or other contact information provided. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified time, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Dirty Marsh Outfitters reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize

The prize is described in the official giveaway announcement. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Dirty Marsh Outfitters reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, registration fees, licensing fees, title fees, insurance, and any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize unless otherwise stated.

Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, the winner grants Dirty Marsh Outfitters permission to use their name, likeness, hometown, photographs, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.

General Conditions

Dirty Marsh Outfitters reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion. Dirty Marsh Outfitters reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Dirty Marsh Outfitters, its affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Dirty Marsh Outfitters' Privacy Policy.
